History
Steven and Vincent Bruzese along with Vito Rubino are the owners of Boro Park Cutting Tools. Previously, they worked together at Rota File Corp., a manufacturer of industrial carbide and steel burs. After Rota File was sold, the Bruzese brothers and Rubino pursued their passion and knowledge to open up their own company, bringing with them a combined 90 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Founded in Boro Park Brooklyn in 1978, Boro Park Cutting Tools Corp expanded to Staten Island in 1988. For 35 years, Boro Park has been a leading manufacturer of cutting carbide tools.

Boro Park Cutting Tools is a manufacturer of high quality carbide cutting tools. Specializing in both large and small volumes, as well as custom made preforms. Through commitment to always improving our unmatched quality products and services, it is our goal to bring satisfaction and success to those who use our products.
In addition to the standard line of carbide burs, Boro Park manufactures special carbide burs used in power generation equipment and aircraft engines. We have developed special cuts for our burs that allows for better material removal on the harder super alloys.
BPCT works under a continuous improvement program that allows us to use the most sophisticated and up to date machinery. Our knowledge of the bur industry along with the state of the art equipment allows us to manufacture the highest quality carbide burs available on the market.
Resharperning and Reconditioning
Our specialty of repairing and reconditioning carbide burs comes from extensive tailoring of our manufacturing and repair methods to best suit the needs of our customers.
